Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 May 2026

Matchday6 is operated by Stiona Software Limited, licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 43122.

HEADLINE TERMS

  • Matchday6 is a weekly football score predictor fundraiser created to help grassroots football clubs raise funds. Supporters enter a Matchday6 round, predict the scores in six selected fixtures and support their chosen club through their entry.
  • Clubs are fundraising affiliates / promotional partners only.
  • Clubs do not operate Matchday6, accept entries, process payments, settle results or pay prizes.
  • Matchday6 is for players aged 18 or over who are physically located in Great Britain or Northern Ireland at the time of entry.
  • One Matchday6 entry costs £5 and covers one Matchday6 round / set of six fixtures.
  • A player may only have one eligible entry per Matchday6 round, even where they hold Matchday6 credits for future rounds.
  • Players must pass required age and identity checks before they can purchase Matchday6 credits, pay for an entry or enter a round.
  • For each eligible £5 entry, £1.75 is allocated to the player's chosen club as the club fundraising share, subject to refunds, voids, chargebacks and these Terms.
  • For each club, £1.75 from each eligible entry linked to that club contributes to that club's weekly cash prize pot. If the weekly cash prize pot is below £5, no weekly cash prize is paid and the amount is reallocated to that club's fundraising share.
  • The £100,000 weekly top prize is available where a player correctly predicts the exact score in all six selected fixtures, subject to these Terms. If more than one eligible player matches all six exact scores, the £100,000 top prize is shared equally.
  • Matchday6 is built around Premier League matchdays. Other football competitions may be used and, if so, will be clearly displayed before entry.
  • Matchday6 is a fundraising service but is operated under a licensed pool betting structure. 18+ only. Please play responsibly. Full Terms, Privacy Policy, Safer Gambling information and Complaints Procedure apply.

2. Player Terms and Game Rules

2.1 About these Player Terms

These Player Terms set out the rules for taking part in Matchday6. Matchday6 is a weekly football score predictor designed to support grassroots football fundraising.

By creating an account, purchasing Matchday6 credits, submitting an entry, using Smart Pick or taking part in a Matchday6 round, the player agrees to these Player Terms, the Game Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Safer Gambling information and any other terms displayed before entry.

2.2 Operator and club role

The player contract is between the player and Matchday6.

Clubs are fundraising affiliates / promotional partners only. Clubs may promote Matchday6 and may receive a fundraising share from eligible entries linked to their club. Clubs do not accept entries, hold player funds, operate the game, select winners, report on results, pay prizes or handle service-related complaints.

2.3 Eligibility

To enter, the player must be 18 or over, must pass all required age and identity checks, must be physically located in Great Britain or Northern Ireland at the time of entry, and must not be self-excluded, suspended, restricted or otherwise prohibited from taking part.

Entries made from outside the permitted territory, through VPNs, proxies, location-masking tools or false information may be refused, voided or cancelled, and prizes may be withheld.

2.4 Age and identity verification before payment or entry

Players must complete required age and identity verification before they are allowed to purchase Matchday6 credits, pay for an entry, submit predictions, use Smart Pick or enter a paid Matchday6 round.

The minimum verification information is expected to include name, address and date of birth. Matchday6 may use electronic verification providers and may request additional documents where electronic checks fail or where legal, fraud, safer gambling or AML checks require it.

2.5 Entry price and credits

One Matchday6 entry costs £5 and covers one Matchday6 round.

Matchday6 may allow verified players to buy Matchday6 credits for use in future eligible rounds, for example £25 or £50 credit bundles. Credits may only be purchased after age and identity verification. Credits are not transferable and may only be used by the verified account holder.

Credits do not allow a player to exceed the one-entry-per-round rule. A player may only submit one eligible entry per Matchday6 round unless Matchday6 changes this rule and displays the change clearly before entry.

2.6 Opening and closing times

Matchday6 selects the six fixtures for each round and will normally publish the selected fixtures no later than 24 hours before the scheduled kick-off time of the first selected fixture.

Entries and edits close one hour before the scheduled kick-off time of the first selected fixture. The platform timestamp is the official record for whether an entry or edit was submitted in time.

Matchday6 may refuse late entries or edits, even where delay is caused by a player device, internet connection, payment delay or other issue outside Matchday6's control.

2.7 Making predictions and Smart Pick

The player must predict the final score in each of the six selected fixtures.

For settlement purposes, scores are based on normal time, including referee-added / stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded unless Matchday6 expressly states otherwise before entry.

Smart Pick is a feature that randomly selects scores for the player. A player may edit Smart Pick selections before the entry deadline where the platform permits edits. After the deadline, Smart Pick selections and manually selected predictions cannot be changed.

If a player has credits but does not submit an entry before the deadline, the player misses that Matchday6 round and no credit is spent for that round.

2.8 Competitions and selected fixtures

Matchday6 is built around Premier League matchdays and will primarily use Premier League fixtures. Matchday6 may use other football competitions, such as domestic cup, European or international fixtures, only where the selected fixtures are clearly displayed before entry.

Where a selected fixture is postponed, abandoned, cancelled, wrongly displayed or affected by an error, the Fixture, Postponement and Void Rules below apply.

2.9 Prohibited activity

Players must not create or use duplicate accounts, enter on behalf of another person, use automated scripts or bots, use VPN/proxy/location-masking tools, manipulate the platform, abuse promotions, collude with others, or provide false or misleading information.

Matchday6 may void entries, suspend accounts, withhold prizes and report suspicious activity where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached.

3. Prize Rules

3.1 Club fundraising share

For each eligible £5 entry, £1.75 is allocated to the player's chosen club as the club fundraising share. This is subject to refund, chargeback, void entry, cancelled round, fraud, breach of terms or other adjustment under these Terms. Club payments are handled under the Club Partner Terms below.

3.2 Weekly club cash prize pot

For each club and each Matchday6 round, £1.75 from every eligible entry linked to that club contributes to that club's weekly cash prize pot.

If the club weekly cash prize pot is less than £5, no weekly cash prize is paid for that club for that round and the amount is reallocated to that club's fundraising share. This means a minimum of three eligible entries linked to a club is normally required before a weekly club cash prize is paid.

3.3 Weekly club cash winner scoring

For each club each week, the highest-scoring eligible player linked to that club is determined by Matchday6 scoring rules.

Each prediction earns points:

  • 5 points for the correct home team score
  • 5 points for the correct away team score
  • +10 bonus for the correct result (home win / draw / away win)
  • +20 bonus when both scores AND the result are all correct

Highest total at each club that week wins.

Examples:

  1. Arsenal vs Chelsea — actual 2–1, you predicted 2–1. → 5 (home) + 5 (away) + 10 (result) + 20 (all correct) = 40 points.
  2. Liverpool vs Man City — actual 3–2, you predicted 2–1. → 0 + 0 + 10 (result correct, home win) + 0 = 10 points.
  3. Newcastle vs Spurs — actual 1–1, you predicted 1–2. → 5 (home) + 0 + 0 + 0 = 5 points.

3.4 Weekly club cash prize tie-breaks

If two or more eligible players are tied for a weekly club cash prize after the published scoring rules, tied players go into a random draw and one is picked as the winner. The outcome is fair and consistent across the network.

3.5 Weekly club cash prize payment

Weekly club cash prizes are paid by digital prepaid card issued through CleverCards. Winners may be required to complete provider checks before access to the prepaid card is issued and/or activated.

Matchday6 will aim to issue weekly club cash prizes within 7 days after result settlement and winner verification, subject to eligibility checks, provider processing and any investigation required.

3.6 £100,000 top prize

The £100,000 top prize is available to be won in every Matchday6 round where an eligible player correctly predicts the exact score in all six selected fixtures.

If more than one eligible player correctly predicts all six exact scores, the £100,000 top prize is shared equally between those eligible winners.

If no eligible player correctly predicts all six exact scores, the top prize is not won.

3.7 Official result source

Final scores will be determined by official competition records, official league/governing body results or an official data source selected by Matchday6.

Later changes to a result after the results have been officially published will not change the Matchday6 settlement, except in the case of manifest error, fraud, integrity issue or legal/regulatory requirement.

3.8 Top prize payment

The £100,000 top prize is paid by bank transfer after verification and prize administration checks. The winner must claim and complete required verification within 1 month unless Matchday6 agrees otherwise.

3.9 Unactivated prepaid cards

Weekly cash prizes paid by prepaid card may expire if not activated within 1 year or used within the provider's expiry period.

3.10 Verification before prize payment

Before paying any prize, Matchday6 may require the winner to complete identity, age, address, payment, location, fraud-prevention, safer gambling and anti-money laundering checks.

For large prizes, including the £100,000 top prize, Matchday6 may require enhanced checks and supporting documents. Matchday6 may delay payment while checks are completed and may withhold, void or cancel a prize where it cannot verify eligibility, where an entry breaches these Terms, where fraud or misuse is suspected, or where required by law, regulation, licence condition or anti-money laundering obligations.

4. Fixture, Postponement and Void Rules

IssueRule
Selected fixturesThe selected fixtures for each Matchday6 round will be displayed before entry. The round is designed around six fixtures.
No fixture replacement after openingMatchday6 will not normally replace selected fixtures after a round opens but reserves the right to do so.
Postponement of a fixture before entries closeThe Matchday6 round continues using the remaining scheduled fixtures. In this case, where there are not six fixtures being considered, the £100,000 top prize is no longer available to be won for that round because fewer than six selected fixtures will have results. The weekly club cash prize remains available using the remaining completed fixtures.
Postponement after entries close but before kick-offSame working rule as ‘Postponement of a fixture before entries close’. The round continues for weekly club cash prize purposes, but the £100,000 top prize is no longer available for that round.
Abandoned fixtureIf a selected fixture starts but is abandoned, Matchday6 will decide if it is treated as void immediately or whether it remains valid if completed/replayed within a fixed period of 2 weeks.
Completion windowA postponed or abandoned fixture only counts if completed within 72 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off time. Otherwise it is void.
Minimum completed fixturesThe weekly club cash prize may be settled if at least four selected fixtures are completed. If fewer than four are completed, the round may be cancelled or credited/refunded.
Top prize unavailable if any fixture voidThe £100,000 top prize is only available where all six selected fixtures are validly settled. If any selected fixture is void, postponed beyond the completion window or abandoned without settlement, the top prize is unavailable for that round.
Data, fixture or platform errorsMatchday6 may correct manifest errors, void affected entries, refund or credit affected players, or take any fair and reasonable action where a fixture, score, deadline, entry, payment or display has been affected by data, platform or human error.
Website outageIf the website or platform is unavailable before a deadline, Matchday6 may extend a deadline, cancel a round, issue credits/refunds, or take other reasonable action. Matchday6 is not responsible for failed entries caused by player device, connection or third-party issues outside its control.
Payment accepted but entry not recordedIf payment is accepted but no valid entry is recorded, Matchday6 will either validate the entry where platform records support it, or issue a refund/credit. The platform records are the primary evidence of valid entry.

5. Club Partner Terms

5.1 Purpose

These Club Partner Terms apply to clubs that join Matchday6 as fundraising affiliates / promotional partners. The purpose is to help clubs raise funds through a fully managed supporter score predictor operated by Matchday6.

5.2 Club role

The club is not the operator of Matchday6. The club must not accept entries, process payments, hold player funds, select fixtures, settle results, choose winners, pay prizes or handle player entry related complaints. The club's role is to promote Matchday6 in the approved way and receive the club fundraising share from eligible entries linked to the club.

5.3 Club fundraising share

For each eligible £5 entry linked to the club, £1.75 is allocated as the club fundraising share, subject to refunds, chargebacks, void entries, cancellations, fraud, breaches of terms and other adjustments.

5.4 Monthly club payments

Club fundraising shares are expected to be paid on or around the 1st day of each month. No invoice is required and there is no minimum payout threshold under the current working decision.

If a player payment is refunded, charged back, voided or cancelled, the related club share may be deducted from the current or future payment to the club.

5.5 Stripe account and club payouts

In order to receive fundraising payouts from Matchday6, the club must connect and maintain an active Stripe account, or such other approved payment account as Matchday6 may reasonably require.

Payouts will be made to the verified bank account associated with the club's Stripe account, subject to any required verification, compliance checks, Stripe processing requirements, and the club providing all information reasonably required to confirm that the account belongs to the club or an authorised club representative.

Matchday6 will not be responsible for any delay in payouts caused by incomplete Stripe onboarding, failed verification, incorrect account details, Stripe restrictions, or any other issue outside Matchday6's reasonable control.

5.6 Weekly cash prize reallocation

If a club's weekly cash prize pot is below the £5 minimum payout threshold, no weekly cash prize is paid for that club for that round and that pot is reallocated to the club fundraising share.

5.7 Approved marketing

Clubs should use Matchday6-approved copy, graphics, templates, landing pages and launch guidance. Clubs may create their own materials only if they comply with the Club Marketing Compliance Rules and any request from Matchday6 to amend or remove content.

5.8 No youth targeting

Clubs must not promote Matchday6 to under-18s, on youth team pages, in youth WhatsApp groups, in school contexts, or using imagery that is likely to appeal strongly to children. No under-18 players may be shown or implied in Matchday6 promotional imagery.

5.9 Club suspension/removal

Matchday6 may suspend or remove a club where the club breaches these Terms, promotes Matchday6 non-compliantly, creates legal or regulatory risk, damages the reputation of Matchday6, engages in fraud or misuse, or fails to follow Matchday6 instructions.

5.10 Data and reports

Clubs receive fundraising and participation reports.

6. Club Marketing Compliance Rules

  • Always lead with fundraising: describe Matchday6 as a club fundraiser and supporter score predictor. The message should be about helping the club, not gambling or chasing money.
  • Use approved wording: use Matchday6-approved text, graphics and landing page links wherever possible.
  • 18+ only: every promotional asset should include clear 18+ wording.
  • Responsible participation: include “Please play responsibly” in all messaging.
  • No youth imagery: do not use under-18s, youth team images, school images or content that is likely to appeal strongly to children.
  • No youth channels: do not post Matchday6 content in youth team groups, youth WhatsApp groups, school groups or underage-focused pages where under 18s may read or view the messages and content.
  • No misleading prize claims: do not guarantee that a supporter will win the £100,000. The £100,000 top prize is available to win/share for matching all six exact scores, subject to full terms.
  • No pressure selling: do not ever pressure vulnerable supporters or suggest that good supporters must enter.
  • Clubs are not the operator: do not say the club is operating or running Matchday6 or paying prizes. Matchday6 is operating the fundraising service.
  • Remove content on request: if Matchday6 asks a club to edit or remove a post, the club must do so promptly.

7. General Legal Terms

Matchday6 may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed at the time of entry applies to that entry unless a change is required by law, regulation, licence condition, fraud prevention, safer gambling, technical correction or other urgent reason.

Matchday6 may suspend or close an account, void entries, cancel credits, withhold prizes or refuse service where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached, where eligibility cannot be verified, where fraud/misuse is suspected, or where required by law, regulation or licence obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Matchday6 is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including platform outages, internet failures, payment provider issues, fixture cancellations or data-provider errors, except where these Terms provide a refund or credit remedy.

For any questions about these Terms, contact us at help@matchday6.club.
